§ 2-102. Establishment of election districts and precincts reapportionment.

  • This 2011 amendment made the decennial reapportionment of the County's election districts and amended six (6) voting precincts. The ordinance was adopted on May 24, 2011 and became effective May 24, 2011.

    A.

    Blackberry Election District.

    Beginning at the intersection of State Route 627 (Wilson Mill Road) and State Route 628 (County Line Road) at the Henry County-Patrick County line; thence in a northerly direction along the Henry County-Patrick County line as it meanders to its intersection with Smith River; thence in a southeasterly direction along Smith River as it meanders to its intersection with State Route 903 (T.
