§ 2-101. District and terms.

(1)

The Board of Supervisors shall consist of six (6) districts to be known as Reed Creek, Collinsville, Iriswood, Ridgeway, Horsepasture and Blackberry. The qualified voters of each district shall elect one member from that district.

(2)

The members of the Board of Supervisors shall be elected biennially for a term of four (4) years. The districts of Reed Creek, Ridgeway, and Horsepasture shall elect a member in the year 1991 and every four (4) years thereafter, and the districts of Blackberry, Collinsville and Iriswood shall elect a member in the year 1993 and every four (4) years thereafter.
